2. More than 3 years in kitchen operation
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your expert
- Guide and train the subordinates in any recipe
- Help Sous chef and Executive chef in any new menu
- Be able to initiate new menu
- Be able to estimate the cost per dish
- Ensure the high standard of food in any dish to reach customer's satisfaction
- Operate and maintain the equipment
